End-to-end UX & UI — media cataloging & discovery concept

Overview

Movies, series, books, and music are scattered across dozens of apps and services. Browsn brings them together: one mobile app to manage, discover, and share media across every platform.

I designed Browsn end to end, from research to final UI. Surveys and interviews revealed the core pain point: finding and organizing content across platforms. Those insights shaped the user personas, a cohesive site structure, and wireframes optimized for mobile.

A custom visual system ties it together. Custom iconography, animated gestures, and unique UI components make the app intuitive to use and engaging to explore.

Your Media Your Way

Setup is where Browsn becomes personal. Users subscribe to the app and set up all of their media in one place: movies, series, music, podcasts, books, and more. That profile shapes what Browsn recommends across every category, and subscriptions can be edited any time from the profile page.

Surprise Me

Can't decide what to watch? Surprise Me lets Browsn pick for you. One tap serves up a title and opens its full details page: synopsis, genre, director, writers, producers, and cast, plus where to watch or listen and a preview to play right away. It turns endless scrolling into a single choice, with everything needed to commit in one view.

Browse Every Medium

Users swipe between All Media, Movies, Books, and more, each with its own recommendations. Tapping a title plays a preview in place, or the phone rotates for full screen. Animated gestures and custom icons keep navigation quick, so moving between mediums feels as natural as scrolling a single feed.

Outcome

One hub for all your media. A centralized media management hub that simplifies content discovery and sharing.
Grounded in research. User personas built from targeted research kept every decision user-centered.
Tested and refined. Multiple mobile prototypes, iterated with user feedback from each testing phase.
A polished design system. Consistent components, custom icons, and animated gestures that streamline navigation and increase engagement.
