It’s important to first understand the problem we want solved before considering how we can solve it. By empathizing with our target audience and conducting research of similar products or services we can begin to define a framework for our problem.
Once we understand the problem to be solved, we can begin mapping ideas to further expand our problem space and outline our minimum viable product. With a holistic approach, we can iterate primary flows to share, test and identify possible solutions to our problem.
Prototypes of our product or service create an opportunity to test assumptions with our target audience. This information provides valuable insights to better define our problem space and develop solutions to issues in future iterations of our prototype.
Continuously validating our product or service informs future iterations, expanding its reach into people’s lives. When implementing solutions, it’s important to maintain scalability to produce something that is valuable for years to come.
